BTW, the zalman u posted WILL NOT work with your system because it is not SKT A Capatable. the ABSOLUTE best HSF for SKT A is the one ive got, the Thermaltake (or right, i forgot) SP-97 or SI-97, put together with a Vantec tornado (The best fan, LOUD Tho... ) or a 92MM Fan... although they are discontinued, they are the best. right beside that though is the Thermaltake Volcano 12.. 25 bucks at Newegg i believe. With that, you cant really go wrong. Also, if i may, im going to suggest even before you buy a new Heatsink, that you upgrade that CPU, because it overclocks nowhere and you should try and find at least a Barton Core for some crazy overclockage, even on stock. =)

Also, a fresh coat of Artic Silver 5 (Thermal Paste) on your heatsink wouldnt hurt either, would lower your temps by at least 2-5c ++ if you havnt already done so.

Well, i didn't mean to go make some expensive upgrades..i just wanted to see if it was possible to OC my current hardware...Not much else is going to be done to this computer, since im graduating soon, i'm going to be building a new computer, but all of this information is going to help me decide what i want to buy mobo, and ram wise for my new computer. haha.

I don't know the quality of your case, but in expensive cases you should NOT remove the side panel as airflow is carefully designed to work properly with your side panel ON. If you have a cheap case (under $50?) then you might be able to benefit from this. I tested my ambient temps with case door on and off and it was cooler when it was on actually... I have some powerful fans in tehre and I have a gigabyte 3D Aurora ($150 usd), which I HIGHLY recommend. I love my case =)
