Link to that kit? If its the one I think it is, its decent, but its alot a big chunk of change.... the waterblock Im using is made by XSPC.

Waterblock

Crap, maybe I shouldve put the list of hardware Im using somewhere at the beginning of the thread. Since the waterblock is copper, Im also using a radiator with a copper "core".

Make sure to get a wired one.. I have a cordless one that I havent used in years laying under my bed. The wired one is so much more powerful and obviously theres no battery..

Oh and if you plan on doing cutting, which you probably do, spend a little extra money for some reinforced cutting discs. I just bought 25 of them off ebay for less than 10$, and it came with a mandrel.

Cutting wheels

Havent used them yet, but will soon.. they look great. Dremel makes their own brand reinforced wheels but its 7$ or so for 5.

Yup. That kit is also 1/4" ID, the tubing I am using is 3/8" ID. Another +

I ordered mine from jab-tech.com, but theyre out of stock. Performance pcs has it *clicky* buts its 50$, a little ovepriced. Another place that has them is sidewinder computers *clicky* for 43$.

Good luck

What did everyone decide on mounting the antenna up front? I thought you guys wouldnt like the button up front, I thought I was good with placing the antenna up there.

Wow, i didnt think that there would be an actual Xbox 360 watercooling block. I figured you were gonna make your own mount for each

Nope.. why do unnecessary work if someone already has it all figured out for me?

Ive been working on the DVD drive and mounting it, as well as cutting a cable management hole in the mobo tray.. just taking a break until my ears stop ringing from the dremel. Will start working again soon and post update tonight

I've been looking into this myself for the past couple of weeks, as i'm getting increasingly annoyed at the amount of noise created by my xbox fans. I was hoping to fit my xbox inside a cheep case so that i could use my own air cooling setup. However, I don't have the money to buy a new xbox if i break this one, so i've been looking for ones with RROD on ebay, so that I can either repair them and use them instead of my xbox, or at least use that xbox for a trial run of taking it appart and fitting it into a case. I don't really wan't to spend more than £15 on a broken xbox though so it may take a while until i find one

i think koolance was the first ever to make a actual xbox watercooling kit, but ever since, other manufactures started doing it too. the XSPC one looks better, since it is only one waterblock. I love the simple and clean design
