Indeed.

Ya know, once i get some money im gonna buy another Antec 900 and them im gonna try and case mod my old one. Buy a new one incase i **** up. Then if i dont screw up i will use it in my newest build, which will presumably soon inheirit a Opty 180. Depending on how my father decides to allocate his old Phenom II 920 (He got a 1090T, and my sister has a 720, so most likely she'll get the 920 and he'll get himself a new mobo and memory to replace his backup computer (Which has the 180) and use the 720 and i'll get the Opteron, which as a matter of fact used to be in my computer (Before i had my 720 which was given to my sister when i then bought my 955))

I feel bad leaving you guys in the dark. I have been CRAZY busy lately.. which is weird considering Im not in school, and dont have a job... I swear I end up doing all kinds of odd jobs. The project in our garage is still on-going.. floor is built, windows installed, walls built... just waiting on my uncle for plumbing and electrical. I may post a few pics just for shiz and giggles.

There isnt much left to do on this project, and it will get done.. hopefully sooner than later... but its going to get finished eventually. Ive been fixing laptops, cutting yards.. building pcs, fixing cars.. and a little Halo 3 here and there.

Oh, another problem I forgot to mention. The OCZ power supply has been so weird lately I can no longer use it.

When plugged into the xbox.. when I try to turn the xbox on it boots for a sec, then shuts off. It will do it over and over and over and EVENTUALLY (10+ trys) it will turn on. I have no idea whats causing it... the power supply may be fried, but you sure wouldnt think it would be.. 500W power supply powering 225W at most right now. It is a year old or 2 now, but still...

Well crap, I just tried using the PSU and its doing great again. I dunno what was going on a few weeks ago with it, but it seems to be doing fine right now. Im gonna try to do some work on this today guys! lol

2nd edit- Just finished soldering the 8 pin female connector to the board. When I was going to plug it up and try it out outside the case, one of the wires (and pin) came out of the 8 pin male connector coming from the PSU... I tried bending the little locking tab on it to get it to fit back in, and it broke off.. great. So I have one of 2 options to fix it.. buy a new 8 pin connector and have to resolder and resleeve that one wire.. OR, just glue it in there. I think I may do the glue thing as its a much easier fix and it will keep the other wires from ever coming out as well. Does everyone think hot glue is strong enough?

Hot Glue should be strong enough, just make sure the wires are making contact before glueing it in.

It doesnt matter now, xbox red ringed and now it wont even turn on.

This time, I have NO idea what happened. It was working great with the 8 pin female soldered to it, and then I look away for a second.. look back, and it has the red ring. Not thinking anything of it, I unplugged the PSU, tryed turning it back on.. and NOTHING.

Im extremely confused.

Well that may have been a very uneventful end to this project....sorry dude. You could always try a new PSU, although i dont know if that would do anything

Not like it hasnt happened before.. at least before I knew something shorted in the past because I heard a *POP* and the light turns red on the PSU when you plug it in.. meaning theres a short.

This time, no noises... no red light on PSU, it just wont turn on.

Well I got it to turn on.. error code 0031. Unknown.. cant find anything on it. SWEET
