With my current config I have already fried 2 sets of this ram. I only run them at 3.4v too.

Considering a TCCD set. Any suggestions?

I found this one:

Forgot to mention. My CPU can run 2.7Ghz stable (when my OCZ ram worked) so I'm looking for RAM that can run 1:1 with it.

the OCZ Plat Rev 2 will run up to 300+ on 1:1 timming (that is if you got lucky and have a great module). But otherwise, it will go up to 275-280 doing 2.5-3-3-5 easy

At what voltage? The problem with my DFI and OCZ combo is the cold boot startup problem that is known to happen. Can't feed 3.4v right at boot up.

That's odd, it appears that TCCD has gone off the market... those refurbished GeIL modules are the only ones NewEgg has, and I know for a fact that there were various OCZ, G.Skill, and other manufacturers with TCCD sticks a while ago...

Im open to non-TCCD chips also. Just want to staty away from chips that require high voltage. i dont mind running up to 3.2V.

what do u think of these?

Yeah, the G.Skill HZs are great. Lots of people use them, and I'm saving up for them.

F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ really do look good.

Anyone know if its just a sale at new egg? or will the price be
Original Price: $192.00
Instant Savings: -$35.00
$157.00

for a while? I wont need these until next month.

Any other RAM I should be looking at. I don't really need 2 gig but at this price its a steal.

What are you going to do with your OCZ VX4000 chips? I'd be interested in taking them off your hands. I already have one set and wouldn't mind another.
