3000+ newcastle

it says that the HTT is 1600Mhz is that a good processor?

the reason i ask is because i got my friend this used computer for $200 with that processor, a 9800 PRO, 200GB maxtor HDD, dvd burner, cd burner, and case. the ram and vga cooler cost another $100 because they were brand new off of newegg.com.

its an older processor, most current AMD processors have a 2000 Hyper transport which helps make the processor quicker
