Coolbits has a registry mod you can do to enable the frequency option in the menu.

There is a Coolbits Teak that you can do to enable overclocking in your nvidia display control panel.

1.To enable the 'Coolbits' tweak open REGEDIT ('start\
un' then type 'regedit') and navigate to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\NVIDIA Corporation\\Global\\NVTweak'

2.If the 'Coolbits' value is already present in the right hand pane, double click on it and change its value to '3'. If not, Right click in an empty area of the right hand pane and choose 'new\\dword value'. Call the new value 'Coolbits' and now right click it and choose modify and give it a value of '3' and keep it as hex.

3.Close REGEDIT. Now when the nVidia display control panel is opened, there should be a new 'clock frequency' page.

As for what i did was just enable manual overclocking and select the Detect Optimal Frequencies option.

Well good luck and have fun this should definetly work.
