Yes, but dont do it, by mobile i am guessing you mean a laptop. You should never overclock anything in a laptop, they are hot enough as it is.

There is ways through Software even though it is an old GPU you speak of but i really wouldnt Reccomend ocing anything in a laptop as it gets very hot and laptops cant handle it all to well.
