Ah you have an intel board just like me....you aren't going to be able to up your processor voltage, so you are limited at overclocking your system...i think you can get up to 10% overclocked.

Well, you can't reach a maximum overclock, you'd need to get a better motherboard, not an intel made one, just intel chipset...you can overclock your graphics card though....does it have a stock cooler on it ?

Cheers dude. You have an Intel board..Thats a slight pitty as they have there Overclocking options completely locked off so no options can be changed. You will need to get another motherboard before you can overclock mate.

well you can overclock that card with ATI Tray Tools at http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/V...ay-Tools.shtml

You just click on find max memory clock wait a few minutes (possibly 30 minutes) after that finished, find the max core clock (another 30 minutes) then make sure that you moniter your temps on the card and don't let them get over the mid 60 C mark. You should be rocking then....also you can overclock your CPU +10% in your motherboard bios...hit "del" on system startup screen, enter the chipset configuration menu, unlock the tweaking ability, and then test each percent setting...moniter your temps with the nifty intel desktop board software that comes with the motherboard disk. I can't get my motherboard to get all the way to 10%, so you might want to start at about 5% and test each one...if you can't boot into windows, then press the reset button and it should clear your settings...then start over again until you get booted safely...then you should run a benchmark test suck as 3DMARK05 or Super PI and make sure your computer doesn't crash! Tell us if you need more help

Yup, it tells you with a score how good your computer is...and also, if it complete's successfully, then your computer should be stable....but i'd run super pi also...its another stress test
