The OP says that the Corsair TX 750 and 850 are made by CWT. Is that right? On the PSU review database, it says that they are made by Seasonic.

They're CWT built, the confusion comes from the original TX650 being Seasonic, and the 750/850 being CWT. The replacement v2 of the TX750 is Seasonic.

From what I've been able to gather, the Ultra LSX 750 that I use was originally made by Andyson.

my first psu was a Delta 200W, then went to a 300W Codegen fake psu which killed my lovely Ti4200 with itself.. later went to a 300W Thermaltake made by Sirtec/Sirfa HPC-300-202, it served well for 6 years, still have it. after that i had a 500W High Power(HP-500-G12CS) it's a Sirtec/Sirfa again been using for 3 years.. a few monhs ago i finally have a Seasonic unit, it's excellent although it's pretty much overkill for my current needs..

Well, I'm running two AMD Radeon HD 6950 in cross fire (both overclocked to 6970) How about that eh?

I m running an Antec HCG 650 (new ) on my 1090t comp and an old Antec neo power 550 (3 years old ) on my FX 8350 computer and a PC power 550(3 years) on the 1100t comp , they all run well . Ony psu I had trouble with was my ULTRA X-3 600 , had blue screens ,ran hot and had strange voltage spikes , none since replacing , Andeyson unit , wish I had known that before buying .
How long are these power supplies good for before they go bad ? Don't want a fireworks display one day ,
