The 3700+ would OC the easiest. I'd get that.

Yup, if you get a 3700+ and luck out and get a KAB3E, KABQE, or KACAE stepping, you can most likely look forward to a great overclock. Pop it into a good motherboard, and let it loose.

Edit: Plus, you'll get better performance at stock from the 3700+. The 146 is 2 Ghz with 1MB of cache, and if you get a good stepping like CAB2E, you can probably get about 2.7-2.8 out of it, but with a 3700+ San Diego, you'll get 2.2GHz with 1MB of cache at stock and are more likely to push 3 GHz.

The easiest to OC will be the 3700 mate the opty isnt bad either but you will have better chances with the 3700

Currently, a 3700+. The early 939 Opterons overclocked like mad, but the later ones have not been doing as well as the 3700+s in general.

It's the 2nd highest non-FX single core... I wouldn't say it's low end.
