Here is Microsoft's link with their current requirements:

Of course, when you follow their bare minimum recommendations, you have to be very patient running Vista...
I know As I posted earlier...

As usual, minimum MS requirements need to be taken with a grain (or ton) of salt...

But if you want to play DX10 games or play HDCP (Hitler's Dirty Comeback Plan) protected content, youll need much more than that.

Sometimes i think that statement is very theoretical. Ibeleive that Vista will use a rather alot of ram compared to Xp but im not sure it will use such as huge amount.

They will be utterly ****ed if they try to force everyone out of their current builds like that.

No one should let this happen. If enough people boycott the strong arming, they will come out with current tech-compatible programming.

The problem is so many people are to damned lazy and weak willed to actually protest anything. They just say "Oh well, I guess I'll just buy it" instead of taking a stand against something wrong.

I'm staying with CS:S and 1.6 forever. Untill the new CS comes out, I save my money

And saith cat, we're nerds, not activists.
