Noob oc'ing a opty 146 w/asus a8n sli

asus a8n sli
corsair xms 512mg x2 twinx
evga 6800gs 256mb
500w sli ready psu
arctic cooling freezer64 hsf

This is my first oc and I have rudementry understanding of oc'ing. I am able to manipulate fsb to 262 mhz with 10x multiplier at stock voltage(1.4v) for a 2.62ghz clock speed but when it comes to the intracasies of tweaking ram latency and voltage properly I am so freeking lost. Any help or point in the right direction would be really welcome.

My goal is 2.8ghz or so on air cooling with cas latency as tight as possible

Thanks

Put your ram at 1:1, which means that it runs the same speed as your fsb.

You don't.

Also, please go into User CP in the top left and update your system specs. Just makes it easier for us.
