Which would you pick?
I would choose the 2GB for the soul purpose that 2GB is starting to become less of a waste and more of a neccesity. Also it is DDR500 and should overclock decently. I think that is surely the best choice.

i would pick the G.Skill 2GB extreme series.

they're very good RAM, wish i had gotten those instead of my crappy OCZ sticks

yes!! turning off the PF is a great idea if u have 2GB of ram or more. it speeds every up by so much.

to turn it off:

go to start>control panel>system>advanced (tab)>settings (under performance)>then just check the no PF, restart and ur done!

Your sig says you have 1g of ram but you make a statement like that? No matter how much ram you have you need some pagefile, some programs and some windows functions require a pf.
