I got my 760 two days ago. I clocked it to 3.520 Turbo. Everything is set to auto, but the BCLK 160MHz. Unfortunately my mobo has a bug with turboboost ver2 and does not throtle the +4x/5x multi.

Batch; L027B124

L017B409 here. Have no idea on what others are getting with it. Did a google search on the batch number right after I bought it and didn't find much.

What I'm seeing, It's great up to and at 4.0. Low voltage and running cool. 4.0 is very much a sweet spot on it. Pushing towards 4.2 I'm still getting stable at decent voltage (~1.25v) but my temps start warming up. Trying to stabilize 4.4 I'm still seeing decent voltage but my temps aren't good at all for the voltage.

In short at 4.0 its awesome. Going up from there it starts loosing it's shine.

I have an L015. I've read that with my batch, temps are very good, and it's an average overclocker. From what I've found, that's half way true. Temps are very good but once you start bumping the voltages and clock speeds, there's a point where temps ramp up extremely fast.

IBT max temps on hottest core on a Corsair H70
50c @ Stock (with Turbo)
57c @ 4.004GHz (without Turbo)
65c @ 4.074GHz (without Turbo)
82c @ 4.116GHz (without Turbo)

Also, I have found that this chip needs very little VTT voltage. That is, until you ramp up the speeds. Then it suddenly becomes a VTT voltage sucking monster.

VTT needed to be stable
1.200v @ 4.004GHz
1.225v @ 4.074GHz
1.350v @ 4.116GHz

Hello!!
I just recently upgraded to an i5-760 and i've heard nothing but great things about OCing this processor. I used to overclock my old amd x2 5600+, but this one seems much differnet. I don't know much about voltages and i'm too scared to play with them. haha so any help and tips would be greatly appreciated
