That is stable but the vcore gets up to 1.39 load and my temps go to 80c

With high vdroop
181x21
Vcore 1.325 (bios) 1.232 (load)
vtt 1.206,
PLL 1.810,
Dram 1.65 is stable.

OK those are my bios. Keep in mind that I haven't found the Vcore for the 191x21 OC since that is what I am struggling with.

First thing that I see is the power phase modes. I would set those to whichever setting enables full phase power. I believe that would be disabling the phase control mode but double check with your manual.

Yep did that, still needs too much vcore.

And here is my proof. 25 runs of IBT stable. Validation : http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1526081

IBT stresses it more. I can do more runs, but not right now. I want to use my computer.

This just doesn't make sence

181x21 (3.8)
vcore 1.232
Vtt 1.206
PLL 1.810
DRAM 1.65

Now when I try to go to 191x21 it just takes so much vcore (1.39).

I cannot figure out if this mobo is just junk or its my CPU.

what is your vtt at when you're trying for 4ghz?
and what is your ram running at? what about the uncore?

I can run it at 1.222vtt with 1.39 vcore, but even if I raise the vtt to 1.3 and try and lower the vcore it doesn't work out.
