Refresh Rate on an LCD?

That's the monitor I'm looking at getting... it says the vertical fresh rate is 56-76Hz. Does that mean my FPS is going to be limited to 76 or something? (before tearing starts, of course.)

No, that is just the Hz it displays at. Has nothing to do with how many FPS are capable.
