Well try removing the motherboard and make sure theres is absolutely nothing in the way and then Mount the Motherboard back in the case again..it may be an idea to get the motherboard runnig outside of the case with a g-card in place to see if the case is grounding the motherboard. Also blow the AGP slot and make sure the contacts on the card are clean,only clean the contacts with an Alcohol based substance. Otherwise the only other Explanation would be a Dying PSU or one that cant supply enough power.
is there something special i have to do to run it when its not in the case? ground it, or it is already grounded thought the mobo power connectors enough?
