Nope your right. The vcore is limited to 1.42v with this Opteron 165.
vcore setting goes up to 1.6 but setting it that high does no good. It still autos to 1.4. good news is, by enabling the cpu overvolt, it will add 0.2 volts to that "auto" limit number. So I can get 1.6v to the cpu. By setting that and adjusting down the vcore, it can go from stock 1.3 to 1.6v. Works well actually.

I'm going to have to work on the CCB1E a little more, I think it can do well also, too hot though!!
