Just got done doing that and still no luck - I'm thinknig its a bad board now. I think I'm going to get that new DFI xpress3200 board instead - thoughts?

I'd be a little leery of the DFI board right now. I know one of the mopderators over at DFI-Street, and tehy've been having some pretty serious issues with the board so far. It look spromising, but like most of DFI's boards, it takes them a little while to iron the wrinkles out. Once they've managed to do that, I have no doubt that the CFX3200-DR will be a true screamer. I just suggest NOT being one of the first in line to buy it.
If you have a bad board, I'd suggest RMAing for a new one. From everything I've read, and all my personal experiences with it, it's easily the best board available right now, and the easiest to work with.
If you're not a tried & true OCing expert, I'd have to steer you away from the DFI, as well... there are easily three times the BIOS options in it, as compared to any of the other three ATI 3200 chipset boards currently on the market. It sounds impressive, and it is, but it's also a HUGE hassle for someone not familiar with all the settings. You're too likely to end up with a system that acts up & won't POST.

What I've noticed too is that even if I lower mu CPU multi to like 5 and my DDR to like 133, I can't get the FSB up past like 215, so its def. the motherboard that's limiting my board. Since it works fine when I don't OC, does that mean that it can still be a bad board just because it doesn't OC?

Well, it could be either the board, or possibly the CPU itself. You know anyone with a 939 system that might let you test the CPU?

Well, I'd definately be doing the RMA on that one. What you're describing is some serious instability issues. I assume you already tore it down to minimum config, and tried running it that way?

If by minium config you mean stock everything, yeah I tried that and things run fine. As soon as I OC even a little bit, I can't even POST - forget about reaching windows and getting BSOD's there, not even a damn POST. I've read such good things about this borad, it must be because its damaged - or so I hope!

Do a quick set up with the CPU/FHS pluged in, 1 RAM stick, ALL the power conectore installed and a vid card out of the case on a nonconductive surface like wood or a phone book!

Ok... now its working somehow? I'm using the 0401's now and I can get my 4000 SD to go to about 2.80ghz, but I see in the anandtech review that they got theirs to 3ghz easily. I'm using the same settings, anyone know what it could be??

Forgot to mention that my temps at load running at 2.8ghz is 44* C for my CPU and about 41* C for my mobo, so it can't be the temps. I have my voltage at max (1.450 + .200 vcore extra). Also, I lowered the CPU multi and memtested my memory as far as it can go and its def. not my memory that's limiting the OC. I'm running at a 12x multi, but I get similar OC results using a 11x multi (the one in anandtech uses bouth 12x and 10x to get to 3ghz).
