Thanks a lot for your help guys, I am organising sending the card back I think I will purchase an X1600 PRO, I will see what the store says they will probably just offer me a replacement seen as though I have used the card a bit.

Dont be forced into the Replacement just tell them you are very unhappy with the Product and get the X1600PRO you will be happy with it.

Well i would get the 256 version to be honest But it depends on what Motherboard you have as you need to have a PCI-E slot for the Pci Express cards. The Top one is the best of Course but you Need PCI-E for that one.

I could probably use a new motherboard in any case what board would you recommend for the Sapphire Radeon X1600XT 256mb GDDR3 PCI-E VGA/TVO/DVI-I?

And will this card totally out perform the 6800 cos I need something good in order to play all the stupid games I play?

Well the Current clock is 590Core and 1.39ghzMem Effectively. I havent yet Overclocked this card as its the Xt i could see some nice overclocks out of it.
