Anyone play oblivion with AA and HDR? - Page 2

I don't know about you Nvidia folks, but over here on the ATi side of the fence we must turn on AA in the CCC then turn on HDR in the Application itsself. And that's only with the new drivers.

I tried the ATI Chuck Hotfix, It caused mad artifacts, and seems to be a common problem with x1900 users and the patch.

That is interesting. I am going to give this a try tonight. Frankly, the game looks incredible with just HDR. I cannot imagine turning on AA, as well.

Remember everyone, Oblivion has no AF option, but it can be forced through the nvidia display controls. Dunno about you ATi guys, but i assume its the same basic principal. Tryed 8x AF with my 7900GTX (before i RMA'ed it) and it added that extra cool touch.

I have to agree with UncleGeorge, you friend is an idiot. Even without All high settings the game looks quite good, but seeing as your friend has his cards in crossfire he should have it maxed. But seriously, thats just moronic to have a setup like that and then whine.
