^Probably. However, even with the fairly low-CFM fan, it's the best air cooler on the market,

can the ASUS A8N-32 SLI mobo using FX-60 OC up to 3.2 + ? or only the DFI mobo can do it ?
reason I am asking cuz I just got my FX-60 and plan to use the current Asus board that I have right now to advoid re_install OS again cuz I got so much applications installed. Really don;t want to spend the whole day to re_install the OS and programs again.

No, it really depends on the stepping and cooling mainly. Your board is a very good board, imo the best one currently out. Maybe DFI is a tiny weeny bit better for overclocking, but asus is alot easier to use (IMO again). I wouldnt buy the board seeing as you already have that one.

For cooling, if Air cooling did not work that good, then I may use the water cooling system which I got last month ( Bigwater SE form TT) but I did not use yet cuz I look at my air cooling temps at 44*C w/ high load right now

You are going to need a X1900 Crossfire edition card, not another X1900XTX. There are rumours that with the xpress3200 chipset you won't need a master card, but thats in the future, not now. You NEED a Crossfire Edition.

Yeah it really depends on your cooling, and stepping. And nobody will be getting 3.2ghz (dual prime stable) on anything less than -0c. The FX-60 gets really hot once you start to give it volts.
So that water cooling kit def wont be enough to reach 3.2ghz
