Hi. Well, I'm not sure if this goes here (if it's not in the right place, move it as you wish
). I wanna put a light OC to my ASUS EEE PC 1005PEB. Not too much, but enough to make it run Project 64, Virtua Tennis and maybe Quake 3 correctly (I've tried the first 2, and they run... but not great, and from what I read, my netbook's processor comes Underclocked by default). I'm sure it's perfectly capable of that: a guy in youtube with the same netbook, OC'd it to make it run Doom 3 (I wonder how much time will pass before it melts...).
so... I'm kinda new at this, but for what I've been searching, I need to use a software called setFSB, but first I need some kind of combination of characters that's called PLL. Those are different depending on the PC model. I've tried to find mine but I couldn't (I found the 1005PE PLL but no the 1005PEB PLL which is the one I need)
If you know it, and you can tell me that would be great.
But, if you can tell me an easier way of OC my netbook, I would be thankfull.
well that's it.
thanks for reading, goodbye!
