Corsair 600T & H20-220 Edge

Just wondering if anyone knows if I can fit the h20-220 edge in a 600T case (front or top)?

Might want to add a H70 (I know its overkill but I want to use water cooling for two GPUs in SLI)).

i have a 240mm radiator in the top of mine, then a 120 in the back. i have a black ice in the back, which is about 30mm thick with a 25mm thick fan on it on the inside pushing, with a 120 on the outside pulling.

it's a tight fit. VERY tight.

not the best pic but the end of the 240 clears the top of the 120mm fan by like a millimeter.

no problems really, just pushing it as far as cooling configurations go.

I would not get the swiftech kit. If you take the time (2-4 hours) to read the stickies on this forum and then post a new thread you could create a full custom loop for your needs, which would perform better and cost less.

If he got the Apex Ultima kit, then yes. Swiftech also sells two other kits under the same series, H20-220, the Compact and the Ultra. The Ultima uses a 655, Apogee XT and a 220 radiator. The other kits use much worse CPU blocks and weird radiators that usually don't fit into cases because of the reservoirs attached to them.

In any case, all of these kits are outperformed by the RS240 kit, which costs substantially less.

The components in that kit are quite good, the radiator being a MCR220, one of the best low fan speed radiators. The CPU block is the Apogee XT, which is within 2C of the best CPU block, the EK Supreme HF.

If the OP does want mount this internally he's going to have a problem. The reservoir and pump attached to the radiator give it a unique shape that will be incompatible with the 600T.

Thanks! - that probably is the deal breaker for me. I do already own the H20-220 edge kit (built in pump on the radiator) but it was for another build and had to mount the thing on the back of the HAF922. Just didn't know how things would fit.

As you can tell, I like having 'mid' tower cases - I guess if I get the 800D then it won't be a problem - just that I don't like having these huge things lying around - prefer the minimalistic approach.

Any other cases to recommend?
