I don't think the cost of getting one over there versus buying one stateside is good.

Tickets to Asia are upwards of $800+ dependant on what time of year you go.

So at a bare minimum, I'd add $800 to the bottom line price if you do buy one from China.

I bought a Hp dv8130 NIB for $1600 at Circuit City. 17' widescreen, 2.2g amd turion 64, 2 100gig drives, ATI radeon 200m 128mb video, lightscribe dvd-r. Yeah, it weighs almost 10lbs, but it's nice
