Hi, welcome to the forums, if you want to get started on OCing that Rig look here:
http://www.overclock.net/amd-general...ing-guide.html
There is pretty much everything you need to know, enjoy .
Once you have read through that a few times and had a go at OCing come back with any questions you have.
Hope i helped.

Me and i think every other member of these forums use BIOS so use them as the software OC for CPU is unstable and poor.
And yes you have a good system, it would own mine, if you had the money for a 7900GT and OC that CPU you would have a killer rig

p.s sorry for the late reply, so many threads to look at

I have the same board, but the 3700 SanDiego CPU. I have Oc'd through Ai booster and BIOS, and have had slightly better results doing it through the BIOS.(mainly stability) With our board and BIOS you can even OC without changing the frequency yourself.(It gives you the option of 1%,3%...10%) Im stll experimenting with all the different types of Overclock settings you can use, such as MANUAL or AI N.O.S..
