How about a hinge for a lid or door on the side for easy access. Using screws can get annoying if you strip the heads...

I have a 'permanent' 80mm exhaust now, lol.

Well those oak boards are no longer an option. Sump pump burned out, whole basement flooded last night. Only 5 inches deep mind you, just enough to soak the boards in groundwater overnight. I guess I'll have to just buy the wood somewhere. Home Depot most likely.

Today I'm going to go check up the price of getting all the wood cut at a custom cabinet maker.

Quick Question.
Before I post a thread in the work log section, What should I call this project?

I made a case awhile back... it was huge. Had a built in LCD 17in. screen and everything.... I have since went back to a regular ATX case and I'll tell you why. Noise,Heat, DUST. For some reason all of the extra fans I had in it(12 8 80's and 4 120's, plus HDD fans) sucked in enough extra dust to kill half of the fans. It was a cool case(I never fully finished it though) I ended up using a hacked up atx case to mount the motherboard.
