ok, thanks.

So this is what I should try next?

HTT: 260
Multi: x10
HT: x3 or x4?
Mem Divider: Leave it on 133 for now?
Volts: Stock (1.4V) + 0.025V until stable on OCCT?

Ok, i tried to use OCCT @ 2.6Ghz using 1.4125V and it said its stable with a max temp of 44c. But when I tried Prime95 it came up with an error again. Not Stable. Isnt that a bit risky.

Prime95 uses alot of memory. Your RAM is unstable. I think you may be under volting it.

loosen the timings on your ram and try boot with the 166 divider. If it doesnt boot, up your vDimm by one notch and try again. Run memtest86 too, to be sure that your RAM is faulty.

yeah also to make sure its your memory causing the problem put it on a divider of like 100mhz the lowest one and run prime if u get the same error try upping the vcore of the board also the htt should be at x3 :] because 260x4 = 1040 over 1000mhz keep it below 1000mhz so 3x260= 780 :]
