Isit possible to overclock RAM? If is can it be done in Windows?
I have 760mb DDRAM 333Mhz.

Yes you can overclock RAM but In the Bios. Please Fill out your System Specs in the User Cp so it helps us help you ..Welcome to oc.net

You can overclock RAM. This involves changing the speed of the link between the CPU and the RAM. This isnt done in the computer OS (2000, XP, Linux, etc) it is done in the BIOS (Basic Input Output System). You won't be able to overclock if your system is bought by a company such as dell. They lock all features that allow you to do this.

Well thats the problem, i cant change the frquency in the BIOS, their grayed out...

That Means that you have a locked Bios and that means overclocking through the Bios is going to be Impossible till you buy a new motherboard. Is your Computer a pre-built..did you buy it made for you ?

Right Well if its a HP or Dell then the Motherboards Bios will have the overclock options locked in the bios.
