Should I enable HT on my 3.0GHz intel?? i want better gaming proformance would enabling HT help or not?

If you want better gaming performance, get a better video card, that's what GPUs are for.

Yeah upgrade video and also Ht doesn't do to much better in gaming it add's like a frame or two . I get the anandtech review on it.

you know what HT is? a simuated dual core
if your games can take advantage of dual core, then enable it.
some say it decreases preformance, but I disagree

having HT enabled allows for you to move all of you system task over to one CPU, and allow the game to run fully on the other,
you do this by changing process affinity in the task manager

HT Enabled will help things Yes but uts G-card and Ram that help with games.

at least 512 more ram, 2 gig kits are coming doen to about $150 after rebates, and possibly even lower
you can get a x800GTO AGP for $171

start looking for GPUs here

I have a low budjet right now i only have $80 but i am willing to put in $150 into some new graphics card and 512 mb of ram (maybe just the card)

i need help finding the graphics card i want to be able to run BF2 med graphics no lag(ram comes next)
