bios or software for overclocking?

My MB has AI boost tooverclock. What is better, to overclock using bios or this software? Also can anyone look at my specs and tell me what they think? thanks

That's a good computer man....you'll have fun.

BIOS is always better...more stable overclocks.

Bios a much more effective an more stable way of overclocking your System, Plus your Overclock stays all the time as with software once in windows you have to apply the Overclocks which alot of the Time isnt stable even if you cant notice any instability issues.

Yeah, bios is nice, cuz if youre running more than one OS, its just a pain in the neck to try insatlling software on all of them

i do not think there is a software for this mobo to OC except the one comes with the board. and that software is lame IMO.

just use your bios to do any OC.
