If you still want to host the files yourself though you can. You're router/modem should have a place to enter dynamic DNS information. Once that's done each time the IP at your house changes your router/modem will contact your dynamic DNS provider and let them know what your new address is. That should then update your host name to resolve to your new address. Here's a screenshot example of my modem.

It hasn't. My modem is from 2006 ish.

I have a propper website and hosting, but i can't make HFM or FAHmon export via FTP because my username has an @ in it

I'd like to do something like this using fahmon in linux vm for my 2500k rig. Alas I hope they fix it so hfm can read the v7 clients files soon.

One of two things need to happen:

1) Stanford need to separate their current log form the jumbled mess, into something more akin to the v6 logs. This is planned (to an extent), but won't be made public until the next major release, which I believe is a few months away.

2) Harlam needs to update HFM to be able to interpret the current v7 logs. Not only is that a job that would take him a few weeks anyway, but he's also been kept busy in his personal life, delaying it further.

I suppose you could say Fahmon might be updated before either of those two, but the latest version of Fahmon doesn't even calculate my GPU PPD correclty; I've lost quite a bit of confidence in it, and it doesn't have the WU history feature HFM has.

I'm sure I posted on this thread before (or maybe it was another, very similar thread) so I'll give it a free BUMP to get added to it...

[[EDIT: Turns out that I was actually thinking of this thread: http://www.overclock.net/folding-hom...ahmon-hfm.html ]]

You can just get HFM to save the resulting files to your local drive, then use DB to share that out...then you don't have the issue with your username..

I also had a similar issue, where the script I was using (with a previous, free site) no longer worked when I changed it to go to my nude-lewd-man.co.uk (paid) site, so I had to revert to using DB on both of my HFM client machines (SRV01 and WORK_PC) so that I could check it.. I've also set a page up to monitor both of my HFM instances in one page:
http://www.nude-lewd-man.co.uk/index.php?p=N_L_M/index

on a side note, I'm also setting up pages for the other TC Teams..so that we can see what the live PPD is, and can see whether others on our own Teams are down for any reason....
