Asus p4pe2-x beep problem

hi
when i turn on the pc it dose not run but there is 1 long beep and then 2 short beep and then the beeps continue in the same maner and the monitor dosent turn on .
how can i fix it ?what is the problem

Did you try to clear C-MOS? This can either be done by moving a jumper (see manual of your motherboard) or by removing the C-MOS battery for abour 10 minutes. In either case, unplug the power cord in the back and toggle the power supply switch several times to discharge.

i tried to change the display card and the problem is the same i check my disply card on another pc and its ok run normaly also i check ddr ram and it also run normaly .
my display card is 256 geforce 5200fx
what should i do

Did you try to clear CMOS? (BIOS) as I said in my previous post?
