Got most of the tires cut but ran short on plastic sheet more here in the morning.
Here's a boring vid of the roughing cuts ,then will be finished on the lathe.




All 4 tandem axles cut and are ready to be drilled and tapped.







I have the front window frame cut and will finish the side ones in the morning.....pics incoming.

Got the rest of the plastic for the tires today but mill was tied up with the grill.

Window grills almost done just need to do a relief cut the back sides. Grill started but looks like I will need to order longer mill bit to clear the clamps.

Ok after what seems like a week of work I finally got all the tires finish,painted and mounted. Polished the rims also!
Turned the inside and outside then cut all the tread then rounded over then edges then sanded then painted!!
Got a bunch of aluminum ordered to keep the work flow going.










Here is what the "load" will look like on the trailer...this unit will house the PC hardware except the PSU that will be in the cab.
