RAID-0 owns!

To all those people who say that RAID is not noticeable difference...what's wrong with you?

Windows XP loads in one swipe of the loading bar, and I'm at full idle from startup within 5 or 6 seconds. I can load a CS:S map in literally 4 to 6 seconds depending on which map it is. BF2 installed like it was a 10mb program (ok ok, not literally ).

RAID0 OWNS all, I'll never use anythng else

Nice!

I've tried software RAID before, but my HD Tach score went down, and thus, I *magicly* found a hard drive for FC5... (Great OS, by the way...)

I'm definatly going hardware RAID in my next build. (Unfortunatly, my current board will not do IDE RAID, only SATA.... )

I'm still on IDE RAID since I had 2 160GB, no reason to jump to SATA, but yes it is faster

Yeah, 2 WD800 harddrives. I'm getting a 250WD for storage (music, movies ect)

What are some good tests for RAID to see how it compares?
