You are good if it survives small FFT's for a couple hours in my opinion, but for a folding rig you could run small FFT's for 4 hours and then do a blend overnight (8+ hours).

this is the error i got when i was folding.
anybody have an idea of what the cause was?

on my rig at 3.4 i'd really love to go to 3.6 but i think my chip is limiting me now. oh well. this is good enough.
