Think you will be back up for December? Uh oh... Now that I think of December I remember that I am going to Mexico for two weeks. So that might cut back on my folding if the power goes out or the computers go off.

Anyway, no one is going to complain to the guy with an x6800! That thing will help the team a lot when you get it up. Hopefully you'll get it up soon though. I'm interested to see how many ppm it does.

Hey, my laptop is putting out decent numbers. Nothing like a C2D or anything, but for a 1.6GHz dual core, it's not too bad. I had a small problem over the holiday break since I was at home and we don't have internet there, so I went to a buddy's house to submit a WU, and then submitted 2 more when I got back to MSU, and on the road I wasn't folding, so I lost about 4-5 hours of folding time this weekend, no biggy though.

PS: What happened to your computer tub?

Im missing the NB Fan (it should be sent ot me here soon from eVGA). However, because I am missing it the MCP is hitting 90c just in the BIOS! Anyways, I dont want to burn my board so Im keeping it off.

Hmm, it is strange that they make it optional then.

Wow, I have a 2125 and a 2133, they are about the same... and they SUCK as far as points go.

I am averaging about 100PPD on them, about 1hr per frame. I thought I had bad ones when I got 170PPD on a WU, but this is kind of ridiculous.

Anyone else getting these?

I guess it kind of balances out a few good ones I have gotten. The FAH benchmark/point calculating computer is mysterious indeed.

It seems to me that they need to change something. Something seems wrong when I get 95PPD on one WU and 320PPD on another.

I'm not sure if I dislike or like how BOINC @ Home type programs do points (at least what it seemed like when I did SETI and Einstein, which took the average of other computers that did the same WU, or was it the median?). Seems like Stanford's idea is better, but they should also benchmark it on another machine or something... I dunno. It is just to much variance.
