Memory Timings - Page 2

Hy!

I need your help guys!
I have buyed a Geil One TCCD memory for my DFI Lanparty SLI-DR board, but there are some problems!
I have installed the modules in the orange slots, started the pc, and booted!
I have refreshed my bios to the new 06/04/06 DFI bios, i have downloaded it from the official DFI site! okay... its fine, restarted and start to set up the bios!
I have setted the timings to the factoryal: 400Mhz 1,5-2-2-5 ... i just started the PC and i just wondering, its writing: DDR333 1,5-2-2-5 ... i entered the bios, but the Memory SPD is 200 (1:1) ... okay i thinked there is some problems with the timings, i have seted them to: 2-2-2-5 1T , and started the PC!
Booted up in windows but the system crashes! Blue screen ... and restart!
What can be the problem? If i set the timings to 2-3-3-5 1T, its fully stable!
I thinked maybe the memory is "dead" ... so i tryied the 600Mhz!
Set the timings to 2,5-3-4-7 1T... 10*300Mhz, and its running fine!

Can somebody help me, what can be the problem? Maybe there is problem with my bios?! What can you offer? Have somebody the same problem?

My config is:
DFI Lanparty nF4 SLI-DR
AMD Athlon 64 3700+
2*512 Geil One TCCD 2,5-3-4-7 1T 600Mhz
Gainward 7900GT 256Mb
FSP Blue Storm 500W
Innovatek watercooling

Thanks for the answer, and sorry for my bad english ...
