I want my games to have v-sync but the stupid Catalyst Controler Center's v-sync control does not work. do you guys know any program that I can use to force v-sync on my games? screen tearing is driving me nuts

EDIT:

found the program. this should help others having the same problem

nah. it's not appearing in my windows update list. I'd love another option though where I can be flexible with the v-sync. if possible I can choose which v-sync I want to turn on rather than having it forced on all time
