I had this mobo one year and as far as I remember it is based upon the SIS 735 chipset that supports up to PC2100 DDR. This doesn't mean you can't use PC2700 or PC3200 DDR, but these modules would be underclocked @2100.
The baseline is that both PC3200 and PC2700 would work @ PC2100 frequency, so it's kinda pointless to buy a PC3200 over PC2700 since both of them would work at lower speeds. I had some PC2700 value memory that I used @PC2100 but with 2-2-2-5 timings, the advantage of underclocking the RAM is that you can tighten the timings.
BTW, you know there's a soft to help you OC your mobo? I remember there were no BIOS options for that, so I had to search a soft, so I used speedfan:
It alowes to lift the FSB untill 143MHz wich in turn will drive up your memory from PC2100 to PC2300
