AMD number cruncher build

Thread Starter
I am building a rig to use for heavy simulator calculatios at work. Time = cost so it should be fast to save waiting This is the current spec:
- Athlon X2 4400 2.2GHz 2x2M
- Big Typhoon 120mm (or a Asetek WaterChill High-End 120mm kit?)
- Asus A8N-SLI mobo
- G.skill F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ 2x1024MB RAM(or 4x1024 if needed)
- Asus EN660LE/SI/TD/256M graphics card(passive cooling)

I want to do a moderate overclock, maybe 25%. It has to be rock stable. I also want low noise.
Does this look good? Any other suggestions? Fast OC RAM for 250MHz?

Lowest possible noise would be watercooling which is an added hundred or so just for a kit. Looks good to me though!

I think I will go for water cooling. That will also enable me to blow the heat from the CPU directly out of the case without heating up everything else. Does anyone have experience with the Asetek WaterChill kits? The chassis I was planning to use has rom for 120mm fan in the front and back, so the 120mm kit should fit.
