If I'm conservative on voltage and keep the temps under 65C, can I do a mild overclock on an Intel i3 350M using software (Intel Desktop Control Center) on a laptop with stock cooling?

Its seems to have great temps currently (32C Idle at 26C Ambient and gets up to 54C doing LinX with 2.6GB RAM 18000 Problem Size).

If theres any serious risks aside from the inherent risk of overclocking itself I won't bother.

Thanks
