Well, its an OKAY product, however with the lack of a powerful (enough) blower fan, it dosen't really do that good of a job, I was looking at a review of the Tide Water and the only real difference in temperatures were load temperatures.

It got much better load temps than stock coolers, but if you compare it to an actual aftermarket cooler, it dosen't do that well of a job.

Here's the review:

Load temperatures are all that matters, though.

It's beating the stock cooler running at 100% by 10 Celsius on the high setting! I'd say that's fantastic! That should outperform aftermarket air coolers, but the downside is that it's noisy.

Precisely, the tradeoff between sound and temperatures (I would say) isn't worth it. And yes there is a 10C degree change but thats at the cost of ~$80, whereas he/she can buy a Zalman VF900 get a (reported) 14C drop as well as spending $30 less and get ramsinks with it.
