Got the new RAM and it seems great....its the newer one that shows 3-5-5-10 in the SPD and i have it runnin at 265Mhz 3-4-4-8 1T at stock voltage....havnt memtested yet though will do that tonight. thanks for all your posts.

the fact that im not even at stock voltage yet tells me its very overclockable.
once i get better cpu cooling (Tt Big Water 745 to be specific) i'll be able to turn up the fsb even higher
You can lower you multiplier and raise the FSB....to try and get the best out of you ram without upping the cpu speed to much
