Will this be a good setyp? i only have a little over 200$ and I want to upgrade my motherboard,cpu and ram.

I don't think that board overclocks well.

i am not an extreme overclocker but i want to go somewhere between 2.4 and 2.5. from what i heard i think its goes there

yeah u will get it and it does overclock well just not got a high stcok vcore on got 1.45v and 2.7v memroy but can all me changed to 1.55v and 3.0v with 2 simple mods which i have listed in my sig :] and it should be and ok set up :]
if u are wanting a setup that u can play about with and have fun u have chose the right one :]

I would save up until i had enough money for the 3700+ and a good sturdy asus mobo. I wouldnt care if it took longer.

also i would miby try for the opty 144 , because they like less volts it would be ideal for this board its a little bit more dosh but worth it :}

it will take me one more year to save as i am only 15 and have no job. i have to ask my dad for money everytime i do an upgrade.

hey i c what u meam man im only just turned sixteen :] i have a paper round making about £80 a month so im doing no bad also the 3000+ is fine no doubt just that was a prefrence if u had the money :]

Recheck that FHS application, I don't think it fits the 939 AMD!
AS5 and your factory heat sink should get you to 2500.

BTW, yor doing very with the cost to quality ratio
