What kind of ram should i get?

im gettin a DFI nF4-DAGF Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard, XFX PV-T43G-UDL6 Geforce 6600GT 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card, and a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 200MHz HT Socket 939 Processor and im wonderin what kind of ram i should get? 512MB or 1G?

Even though this is not in the right section as such but seriously i would reccomend 1gb at min if not 2gb to be safe as games and other applications these days are very RAM intensive.
