If you're on a tight budget? Yes.

Personally I will never buy a non Intel Core Logic motherboard for an Intel CPU, specially with a VIA chipset. I think you should look at the SiS instead and not that I will buy one of those either but if I were to buy a non intel core logic board, my next choice will be with an SiS.
