Not sure who's going to set up the BIOS settings and stuff, but since you're getting an Opteron 144, I'm assuming at least some moderate OC. If so, I like this motherboard a lot better and it is actually cheaper.

Also, think about where the monitor is going to be located and ask yourself is the LCD size is necessary? If not, your dollar can stretch much further with a crt. Larger screens are really nice, especially when browsing or gaming. Btw, I don't see any ram...

May I recommend this video card though. You could save a little on the mouse and such.
