Good response time, supports 1280x1024@75Hz, good constrast ratio and standard dot pitch. Yup, I'd say it passes the test.

I don't own the monitor, but I've seen this monitor at a Dell Kiosk at my Local mall, and wow they're great.

8ms is about as low as you're going to get for a decent price.

That will be an excellent gaming monitor and actually its kinda funny but all the monitors that are listed at 2ms are really 8ms monitors with the response time measured a different way in order to make them seem better. Go Coporatations tricking everyone!

I decided to upgrade from my 19" flat screen CRT to a Flat Panel LCD recently, and looked at that Dell 19"....then I thought about the 20"

Holy cow, it's like $250 more.....for just 1"??

So as much as I loathe eBay, been trying to find a 20" widescreen for under $340, it's hard when idiots are charging $100 for shipping

I wonder if the extra inch is worth the trouble? It;s good to hear the 19 is really good just in case I end up going that route....

If you get the right coupon, you can pull that monitor in for $219 shipped with a 3 year warranty...you cant go wrong...

One limitation, the highest resolution is 1280x1024. I dont play games higher than that anyway so it doesnt bother me..

Good luck!
