Training your crew is very important as you skill up your tank.

Your crew operating at 50% will be abysmal in performance. You will perform at a little less than half of the stated attributes for your tank that appear on the right side. As your crew levels up, they will become better at what they do.

Currently Using MS1 (with crew trained to 75%) and getting alot of XP that way.

It costs gold to convert but still a good way.
Let me discuss Accelerated Crew Training (aka Rapid Training) on elite tanks. Selecting this option means you will no longer gain experience that can be converted to free experience. This will work for both the primary and secondary specializations. Crew members will gain a 20% bonus to their experience. This bonus can be altered depending on the number of crew members in a tank and whether or not the tanker survived the battle. Tankers that did not survive the battle will only receive a 10% bonus. Rapid Training also works on both primary and secondary skills, so if your crew is not yet at 100%, they will get a bonus to their training speed.

Relating to injuries, here is what is affected for each crew member that is injured during a fight, taking their attributes with them to zero:

1. Commander injury removes the bonus given to all crew members and reduces view range.
2. Drive injury reduces the top speed, turning efficiency, and acceleration
3. Loader injury reduces loading speed, meaning it takes longer to reload. Reloading may also be reset.
4. Gunner injury reduces aiming speed, meaning it takes longer to zoom into a target. Zeroing-in on a target may also be reset.
5. Radioman injury reduces radio range by half.

Should a crew member have multiple roles, such as loading and gunning, then both the gunner and loader injury will take effect.

A crew that loses their one-and-only tanker for a certain task will be worse off than a crew that loses one-of-two tankers who were assigned to a task.

When getting a new tank, hold on to your old crew if you plan on ditching the old tank! Crews take their secondary skills with them, and even if you wind up retraining your old crew, those secondary skills are great to have! Your crew also carries their medals with them, which are nice on showing off later. Also, if a crew member experience drops below 100%, their secondary effects will still be in play, but leveling the secondary skill will be halted until their primary experience level is back up to 100%.

Experience: What do you do to get experience?

You will get experience for:

1. Damage to enemy tanks.
2. Critical damage to enemy tanks. The difference in levels between the tank is taken into the account. The higher the level of the tank you damage the more experience you'll get
3. For discovering an enemy tank, You will get more experience for discovering SPG than for a regular tank.
4. For "lighting up" enemy tank while your allies damage it from beyond their range of vision.
5. Bonus experience for destroying enemy tank. Only if you actually got the kill. The difference in levels between the tank is taken into the account. The higher the level of the tank you damage the more experience you'll get
6. Bonus experience for capturing enemy base. Applied only to the tanks in the "circle", not the whole team, proportionally to the time spent in the enemy base circle.
7. Bonus experience for restarting the capture counter by damaging enemy tank which is capturing your base. Experience is given in proportion to %HP you took off the enemy tank in your base circle.
8. Bonus experience if you stayed alive.
9. For "active battle actions" - shooting in some radius from the enemy and being in the radius of enemy fire. You don't get much but it still influences your experience gain.
11. The more your team damages the enemy the more experience each player on your team gets. Only damage to killed enemy is taken in account. Coefficient is not that big but still it's experience.
12. Bonus experience if your team wins: +50% to each player!

You will NOT get experience for:

1. Damaging ally tank.
2. Team killing.
3. Ricochet and "no penetration".
4. For receiving damage.
5. For receiving titles in the "hero of the battle". (except for "Invader", see #5 in upper list, and also "Defender" see #7 in the upper list).
6. No bonus experience for a draw! And of course none if your team lost.
7. The special bonus for "killing all enemy tanks" does not exist!

Hope some of this information helps, I'll do all I can to get you guys answers!

Who said you had to buy the game? And you wait. Every day you get 150 gold. That's how you get it.
